My Thoughts: HELL YEAHHHHHHH!!! This is for the big epic fantasy and sci-fi lovers. This is one of the most unique stories I’ve ever read, and is SO GODDAMN INTERESTING. BUT, heads up, this is absolutely big brain energy. This is not for when you’re looking for a vibes read, but it is so so worth it I LOVED IT.

My Thoughts: This was definitely a fun ride and I feel like people are going to love this or hate this. I had a good time overall and would definitely recommend because who dooesn’t love a romantasy standalone? I didn’t like it as much as I THOUGHT I would (based on DMs I received, I was legit expecting 5 stars and that’s not the book’s fault) but I still had a grand ol’ time and would def recommend!

My Thoughts: This is a super quick read with really beautiful prose, but my complaint I think is that it’s almost TOO short for me to get super invested in the characters and care a whole lot. But it is really lovely, and especially if you love Greek mythology retellings, this could be for you.

My Thoughts: I HAD A BLAAAAAST with this one, omg. This is exactly what I was looking for when I wanted something to meet my Lights Out/Butcher & Blackbird expectations. I was giggling my little face off left and right and genuinely cackled a number of times. What a delight, this was a blast.

My Thoughts: I read both of these and they were so very, very fun. They’re both definitely rom coms with GREAT banter but then there’s this sort of 80s/90s slasher movie vibe to them that is so very fun. Also great audiobooks and REALLY SOLID spice *fans self*.

My Thoughts: LEAVE ME ALONE SO I CAN INHALE THIS WHOLE TRILOGY. I am *obsessed* with this trilogy and it has back-to-back bangers, both 5 stars. This is rapidly becoming one of my favorite romantasy series and I cannot get over it. I’m stressed the whole book in the best way. I love the plot. Patrick Colson is Daddy and I’m obsessed with him. This is just perfection to me. Comes out in July!

My Thoughts: This was a tough one for me to actually rate, because per usual it’s beautifully written. CG Drews is one of my favorite authors. And this book had me turning pages and I was physically uncomfortable, which a good horror should do. But by the end, I wasn’t rooting for any of the adults, and that becomes hard for me to enjoy. I don’t like when I don’t have someone I’m supporting, and I just kind of hated everyone. So if you’re a horror/haunted house lover, you’ll probably love this. If you’re looking to root for a main character a la their other recent books (Don’t Let the Forest In or Hazelthorn, for example) you won’t get that here.

My Thoughts: Another dark rom com blasty blast with an incredible duet narrated audiobook and frankly I love whatever is wrong with Brynne Weaver’s brain. This is delightfully funny with great banter and is FOR the Dexter lovers (so, me hello) once again. I just love this, what a blasty blast. Do the audio if you can!
