Why Read the Plated Prisoner Series?
This is a dark romantasy series with an incredible female character arc and my NUMBER 1 BOOK HUSBAND. It’s for slow burn and twist lovers. It’s got phenomenal politics, a heart-wrenching journey, cool/unique magic, and is an emotional rollercoaster. Plus the duet audiobook is IMPECCABLE.
What is the Plated Prisoner Series About?
Auren has been with King Midas, who can turn items into gold, for 10 years and now exists as his royal saddle, which is basically his top mistress. She’s had a terrible life and doesn’t really realize that she deserves more than what she’s living in, until something happens and she is forced to leave King Midas’s castle for the first time in years.
